Our TROIKA Virgin Rubber HD Bumper Plates are heavy duty and highly durable, built with minimal surface imperfections. The HD Series bumper plates are precision moulded offering a very low bounce and sound deadening properties. Bumper plates allow you to safely drop any load from the waist, chest, or even overhead with the confidence that you will not damage yourself, or your equipment.These quality, budget-priced plates are the IWF standard 450mm in diameter, but are cut thinner than a lot of comparable bumpers to allow for more weight to be loaded on the bar. Heavy deadlifts, overhead presses, snatches, and cleans (and many others) can be attempted with the confidence that you can bail out without major consequence or injury.
