The TireFlip 180, designed by The Abs Company, features a 180-degree rotating pivot with a half tractor tyre mounted on top. The TireFlip 180 is the ideal solution for tyre-based exercises such as flipping, plyometric jumps, step-ups, push-ups and heavy rope training, all in a safe, compact design. This innovative piece of equipment has been recognised worldwide for eliminating safety, hygiene and sound issues. Its new step-in frame facilitates a smoother flipping motion, while the integrated storage area allows for convenient placement of weight plates.

Two sizes of TireFlip 180 are available – the standard and the heavier TireFlip 180XL. This product requires just 20 sq. ft. of space, granting users a thrilling and effective exercise experience. Additional free weight resistance can be added for a more varied workout, ensuring users receive optimal ab stimulation.

A starting resistance of 45kg, and an additional 15kg of free weight, make the TireFlip 180 perfect for beginners. The XL starts at 70kg and can house an extra 35kg. The tyre’s dual anchor points transform it into the perfect group training device for use with the Battle Rope ST, and floor mounts keep the tyre stable and secure.
