The J-hook style mount installs in seconds – just pin and rotate into place, no hardware required. Counterweight handles automatically swing the hooks back after liftoff, keeping the bar clear so you can lift in place without walking it out. Re-racking is just as simple with a forward lean, reducing strain and improving safety as you push for max reps.
