The Plate Loaded Neck Machine is a four-way specialty training mechanism that works all neck muscles by pressing forward, back, left, and right. By training the head and neck muscles from multiple positions, you are also strengthening the smaller muscles connected to the neck, shoulder, and head. It is built from durable steel and features a roller pad attached to a pivoting arm, an adjustable seat, multiple grip handles, and weight plate holders. The pivoting arm glides on precision flange bearings for smoother rotation and includes a removable pin to restrict the direction of head movement. In addition, the arm incorporates an 8-in. loadable weight plate sleeve that will hold up to 175 LB and is compatible with Olympic-sized weight plates.
