Safely lift heavy and train to your max all by yourself with REPs heavy-duty Spotter Arms. Easily and quickly attach these 24 long arms to your 4000 or 5000 Series power rack, and you can lift with confidence. These arms have arackablecapacity of 1,000lbs. Theyre tough, made entirely out of steel. The main tube is 3mm thick, plus a support tube is 2mm thick, and an added 5mm gusset furtherimproves strength. The arms are lined with molded polyurethane plastic that protects the upright, as well as wear and tear on your bar.

Spotter Armsfeaturea steel lip to keep the barbell from rolling off the edge.The Spotter Arms also have 1 holes on them, so you can use them with various 5000 Series attachments, such as theleg roller.Make quick adjustments with attachments by eyeing the laser-engraved numbers.
