The Primal Performance Series Hip Thruster & Floor GHD is a robust dual machine that targets the posterior chain and provides an adjustable height support pad for hip thrusts. With its heavy duty frame, even the strongest of hip thrusters and weightlifters can safely perform Nordic/Hamstring Curls.

The design allows athletes of any height to set up at the correct height and position and with 8 band peg holders per side means power bands can be set for both thrusts and posterior chain work.

The frame is backed with a lifetime warranty and the commercial pads come with a one-year warranty.
