• Just drop the 10 pound handle with a 25mm diameter grip into any compatible weight stack and select your weight with the weight selector.Keep the weight stack in the direction of your movement by rotating the kettlebell handle 90 degrees. This is great for kettlebell swings where the dumbbell goes under your legs.Youll be able to easily scale up to 100 pounds or down to 10 pounds in weight to challenge yourself with different workouts
