Leg Extensionstarget all four heads of the Quadricept muscles. Leg Curlswill focus on your hamstring muscles and will also incorporate your glute muscles for full lower body muscle development. This attachment also has three different adjustment points to suit all different shapes and sizes.

The Preacher Arm Curl Attachment is made from heavy duty gauge steel, complimented by a comfortable thick padded arm rest covered with durable upholstery. Comes complete with a racking point for an EZY Curl Bar or Barbell.
