This lateral shoulder raise attachment is compatible with the following squat and power racks:

Easily adjusted to suit all heights, just hang the round chromed bar into oneof the holes in the rack uprights, and you’re ready to get to work!

Make sure you’ve bolted your rack to the ground when using the Lateral Shoulder Raise Attachment.
