The Olympic Power Bar is an ideal all-round training bar for general free-weight usage.

Created for light duty fitness and lifting applications where durability and performance are still key. The 2200mm full-length bar had been developed specifically for fitness clubs but widely used in homes now. The bar has a 30mm gripit is tough enough for most strength training applications including deadlifts, squats and presses.

A great cross training all-rounder, and an ideal entry point for anyone progressing to Olympic lifting for the first time.
