The Concorde Ankle and Wrist Weights are comfortable and flexible neoprene weights that wrap around your ankles or wrists to provide added resistance to your training workouts. Each weight has adjustable velcro closures, allowing for a comfortable fit. Available in three different weight options, each weight size is listed as the total combined weight of the pair.
