J-hooks :Feature High-Density Polyethylene protection on the catchers, ensuring superior protection compared to inferior quality J-hooks. Unlike other J-hooks that offer minimal protection, our J-hooks prevent scratches on your power rack frame and safeguard your barbell’s knurling and coating from damage.All Body Iron Power Racks have a Left and Right J-Hook. StudioPowerRacks are welded, Four-Ways which is Ideal for high-strength, but more expensive and complex. Inferior PowerRacks use Two-Way Welding as it is faster and cheaper to manufacturer. That will have 50% less strength and safety at the welded area
