These Body Iron Dumbbell Holder are an optional attachment for any squat rack or power cage with 60mm X 60mm tube size and (1 inch hole).

With a 200kg weight rating, these Dumbbell Holder are designed to suit Hex dumbbells, round commercial dumbbells and Body Iron adjustable dumbbells.

The Body Iron Dumbbell Holders allow you to place one pair of dumbbells on either side of your Gym rack uprights in order to conveniently and safely perform free-motion dumbbell lifts.

Designed with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the dumbbell to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating the holders down. No hardware required.

The Dumbbell Holders can hold up to a combined 200Kg and are a great asset when transitioning between sets and exercises. Lock them to your desired height and get to lifting!
