The BL100 Lat Pull Down / Low Row Attachment is an optional feature that is compatible with the following squat and power racks:

• Body Iron BL100 Home Power Rack
• Body Iron BL100MG Home Power Rack

We will not accept anyreturns due to compatibility issues of attachments not fitting onto a rack that is not the Racks stated above.

Not Compatible with XL1000 Rack Also.

It includes1 x Lat pull down bar&1 x short pull bar. These attachments are excellent for adding more variety to your workouts, and are highly efficient at working the upper body, particularly your back.

By utilising over and under grips, as well as wide and narrow hand positions, you’ll be able to effectively target all areas of your back, biceps, triceps and shoulders with this rack attachment. This makes it an excellent tool for building strength and adding muscle mass.

The weight plate sleeves are compatible with standard weight plates, however, an Olympic adapter can be purchased for an additional $30
