The adjustable Monolift Attachment offers a space-saving and inexpensive monolift solution.

UHMW plastic lined to preserve your barbell during enthusiastic re-rackings, with nylon rollers on the Hydra version for easier bar adjustments.

Easy to set up and adjust-just place the pin and drop it in. Perfect for solo handoffs, so you can save every bit of energy to hit that next PR.

IMPORTANT:Our Monolift Arms ONLY fit upright tubing dimensions of 2.3″ x 2.3″ (60mm x 60mm) with 5/8″ holes. Check out the Hydra Monolift for TRUE 3″ x 3″ uprights with 5/8″ holes.
