This upgrade is ideal for users ready to take their strength workouts to the next level. Each set adds an additional 50kg per side, increasing the total weight stack on compatible FTB90 and BFX250 functional trainers to 110kg per side perfect for serious progression and continued growth.

• Includes a set of 20 High Quality 5Kg weight plates
• Total upgrade weight: 100kg (50kg per side)

Each functional trainer is originally sold with 2 different sizes set of guide rods (Rises). You use theRises thatare marked 60kg Rises or 110kgRises, all depending on what weight stack you are using for your functional trainer.

If you purchased the standard 60kg weight stack, your machine will include 60kg specific Rises. When upgrading to the 110kg stack, different Rises size are required to accommodate the increased weight and dimensions.

This upgrade does not include the 110kg-compatible Rises.

These are provided with your functional trainer at the time of purchase. Please ensure you retain the original Rises, as they are not sold separately and are required for correct installation and function trainer upgraded weight stack.
